・おもちドーナツのレシピ
切り餅 2個(１個約50g)
牛乳or豆乳 100ml
卵 1個（無くても可）
ホットケーキミックス 100g
油 適量
粉糖 適量
⭐︎卵を入れずに豆乳の量を調整しながらお餅と混ぜることで、動画で作った仕上がりより少し柔らかく作ることが出来そうです。お餅と豆乳を根気強く混ぜることがポイントです。丸める時はサラダ油を手に塗って丸めてください。
・胡麻豆腐のレシピ
本葛 50g
水 400g
ねり胡麻 50g
⭐︎上記の材料を全て混ぜたら、鍋を中火にかけて休まず混ぜ続ける。8分くらい練った後、水を通した流し缶もしくは小皿に注いで表面をラップで覆い固まるまで常温で待つ。冷蔵庫に長く入れると食感が悪くなるので、冷やして食べたい場合は食べる直前に少し冷蔵庫で冷やすにとどめた方が良いです。

Ciao cara Fumi, una volta ti chiesi il significato del tuo nome e tu mi desti i vari significati legati al tuo nome ora mi piacerebbe conoscere come si scrive in giapponese. Vedo sempre i tuoi video con grande ammirazione per te. Oggi ti sei cimentata nell'arte del kintsugi; so che si fa utilizzando la polvere d'oro e gli oggetti riparati risultano più belli di prima ma il suo significato è legato anche alle persone e alle loro fragilità? mi piacerebbe che me ne parlassi. Sai che anche io dopo aver accettato le mie debolezze sono diventato una persona migliore e le mie fragilità sono diventate una forza in più. Con te mi piace parlare di tante cose. Il tempo com'è ? ci sono sempre giornate piovose? vedo però che è anche caldo; da noi invece abbiamo avuto qualche mattinata fredda e abbiamo rischiato danni agli alberi da frutta.
Ora ti voglio parlare di alimentazione. Ho avuto qualche problemi agli occhi e si è visto che è in atto una leggera degenerazione della retina e tutto questo perchè dalla mia alimentazione non riesco ad assimilare quei principi che proteggono i miei occhi. Questo esempio che ti ho riportato è indicativo di un problema più generale che affligge molti noi per i problemi più svariati. La triste verità è che i medici hanno poca preparazione su questo campo e prescrivono integratori alimentari per ovviare ai problemi. Ultimamente ho avuto dei problemi proprio con gli integratori che mi hanno creato più problemi che benefici, quindi la mia unica via di uscita è quella dell'alimentazione; insieme ed un'amica molto preparata stiamo escotagitando una strategia per migliorare l'assimilazione di quei principi che sono necessari per me. Sto imparando ancora molto su questo campo. Un agricoltura naturale e organica come quella che pratico io produce ortaggi più ricchi in micronutrienti di quelli acquistati al supermercato per cui ti invito ad acquistare da produttori locali, la tua salute vale di più del prezzo in più che paghi. Spero di non averti annoiata troppo con questo lungo messaggio.

That why I end up loving how to cook but now it just me so I have to start learning how to make simple dishes. That why I enjoy learning from you. You are my head master teacher.
It is the natural form of cooking that I am learning which is very common in Japanese cooking.

I hadn’t made Chinese sesame seeds donuts in a long time.
Generally we make them during Chinese New Year but you can do it any time.
We would put in the red bean paste inside the dough and then we deep fry them in very hot oil
until they’re golden brown.
While they are still hot, we sprinkle sesame seeds around them so that the donuts will be coated with sesame seeds.
We don’t use white powered sugar.
Wait until it cool before eating.
I had burned my tongue many of times. 😂
